GET OUT TO VOTE CAMPAIGN (GOTV)

The African American community has a rich history of resilience, creativity, and strength in the face of adversity. To continue to uplift and empower this community, organizations like NCNW Dayton Section in Dayton, Ohio have been playing a crucial role through their advocacy, leadership development, and community service efforts.

WASHINGTON, DC — The 46th President of the United States Joseph R. Biden has made a lifetime commitment to public service and has demonstrated support of the policies that advance Black women, their families, and their communities. NCNW extends our congratulations to President Biden on his stalwart service and successful career over the last five decades.

We are grateful to continue to collaborate with the Biden Administration to enrich the lives of women of African descent. Priority policies such as historic criminal justice reform, executive orders protecting bodily autonomy, and the historic confirmation of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court and other federal judges of diverse backgrounds demonstrate his leadership and commitment to equity and social justice.

With 100 days remaining until the 2024 election, the goal of NCNW remains the same: to continue to register new voters and employ our 8 State/All State Strategy to Get Out the Vote. We ask that all NCNW members, affiliates, and friends join us to ensure that the voices of all Americans are heard during this historic election season! If you are not tuned in to the work of preserving our democracy, now is the time to join us (NCNW2024).
